U-JOINT Off-road 4X4 conversion

Frame is in good shape but it does have significant rust at front body mounts and under vehicle.
Front right axle has slight leak.
Van has 280,000+ miles on most of the body. Front doors, side doors and complete front clip are from a 2013 E-350.

I did not build this beast, so I will try to answer questions as best as I can.

I purchased in April with intentions of traveling this summer but unexpected financial obligations have brought me here.

I paid 15k, definitely over paid, considering the rust. I like to be transparent so I will send pics to anyone interested as I do not wish to waste anyones time.
