If you have done any research on Subaru conversions you know they cost upward of $10K. The conversion was done in 2013 by a previous owner and the donor engine is a 1996 2.2 Impreza with 120k on its odometer. When the conversion was completed the Vanagon’s odometer was repaired and set to zero. The conversion now has approximately 30k miles and will continue to use.
