1983 Chevy g20 Horizon conversion van with 45k original miles. Has ac converted to 134a and new heater core. New carburetor, Pcv valve, fuel pump, fuel filter and plugs and wires along with a fresh oil change. Radiator has been flushed. New belts and hoses and new tires. Shower head in rear for outdoor shower. New portable toilet as well. Refrigerator and stove have been checked and work properly. Stove is propane and has tank underneath. Refrigerator and lights run off solar. Has 2 150 watt panels on roof, new battery bank, and charge controller. Has city hook up for water and 40 gallon fresh water holding tank for off grid and grey water tank underneath as well for kitchen sink. Hot water heater is propane as well and has been checked. Roof top ac works great! Has jackknife sofa to convert to bed and a removable table in the main area, also has sleeping area over drivers area.

Update: recently found two leaks around window. It is the seal and needs to be recaulked. It is taped to prevent further damage. Price lowered to 9,500. Need gone.
