RWD – come with snow chains and falken peak tires, good for snow.
Bought in 2023, built for 1 year, and then lived in for 1 year. I’ve spent both a good amount of time on this rig and in this rig. I’m only selling because I’ve moved into a house and no longer can justify what this rig demands – meaning it’s built for someone to live full time or travels quite a lot.
Inside height fits up to a 6’ person. Bed horizontally fits up to a 5’6” person and with the bed extension up to a 6’ person.
Comes with Carfax. I can provide build photos if requested.

Please find below all the details from maintenance to build specs.

– New intake manifold as of May 2025
– New Water Pump as of May 2025
– Tstat housing and mounts replaced
– Head temp sensor replaced
– All 8 spark plugs and coils are brand new (the common culprit of v8 Triton engines, but with the new engine there are no issues)
– Transmission in great health, shifts well; transmission oil replaced 3k miles ago. All transmission and oil changes are caught up
– 1-year old Duralast AGM battery
– K&N Performance Tapered Conical Enginer Air Filter – Washable
– New crankshaft and camshaft sensors as of May 2025
– New Fuel pump, Fuel filter, and fuel filler neck hose as of May 2025

– 2024 – all shocks and struts replaced
– All the lights has LED bulbs, blinkers, turn signals, headlights, and brights. I replaced the front headlights a year ago and all the bulbs.
– Break pads and rotors replaced in 2023, might need a replacement in about a year. Break pads and rotors were checked in march 2025 and are still in good condition, there is slight wear on the rotors.
– 1-year old falken Wildpeak tires, great thread left for another 1-2 winter seasons.
– Ignition has a kill switch, and there are 2 viper remotes for remote unlocking and locking, and included are 3 entry keys and ignition keys
– All door latches and handles have been checked and faulty ones replaced. one finicky door lock still exists.
– All windows were resealed during built, new gaskets in, and the front right window motor replaced.
– 3 pop out windows installed, one on both sides and one in the rear

– Gauge cluster replaced in 2024
– Radio has a backup camera for ease of backing up
– All AC hoses replaced and repaired for AC lines in 2024. However, as noted, AC works great and is recharged cold when not under acceleration on steep hills. AC works on standard roads, if you get on a steep hill, it will cut out, there is a line break somewhere. Easy fix either yourself or at a shop.
– In 2024 I had a rear end collision (not my fault), insurance fully replaced and updated the back bumper and doors. The bumper was upgraded to a metal bumper from a plastic one, so it’s strong. Windows were replaced . There was no suspension or body damage as a result and everything has been fixed and upgraded professionally. Back camera actually caught the guy texting while driving – again, the camera is great!
– Passes Smog
– All registration up to date until 2026
– Clean title
– I have had RV insurance through progressive on this rig and it’s been cheap/great while living full time in it.
– The van has lived on the west its whole lift. No rust, besides natural surface rust here and there.
I drove this van through many states and lived in it for a year, any mechanical issues that arose I addressed quickly and between May – August, there have been no mechanical issues. Drives like a dream.

– Starlink internet connect and mobile sim internet connect
o Full starklink dish, gen 3, with Trio Flatmount installed. I have the stationary installment on the roof, and have had no issues with connectivity from it.
o There is a wire box on top, you can swing open the rigid solar panels to access it, but is fully water proof to house the wires that feed inside the van
o Mobile router: peplink max transit duo Pro ($1,000 value), allows for both a sim link and starlink connection at the same time. The starlink is connected to this router and has very efficient performance.
o Trio flatmount conversion box for 12v conversion from the 56v of the starlink and on and off switches for easy disconnect to save on power.

o Once you get a starlink subscription, it’s easy set up and go work from van system that uses 12v power from the battery bank

 Victron energy VE.bus smart dongle (Bluetooth), to connect to Bluetooth app and get real-time data
 Victron energy orion TR smart 12-volt 18amp 220W DC-DC charger. This basically allows the van to charge while driving connecting the engine battery to the house battery
 Victron energy lynx distributor (since there is a lot of connections)
 Victron Energy SmartSolar MPPT
 Victron Multiplus Compact Inverter Charger 12/2000/80-30 230V
 Victron Energy BMV-712 Smart Battery Monitor

– Batteries
o 2 300ah, renogy core deep lithium iron phosphate batteries. This equates to about 600ah of battery storage. So much life left in these things.
– Accessible fuse panel for all 12v system and breaker switch for 120v power supply
– 4 120v outlets, 1 located by the bed, 1 near kitchen counter, and 2 on the floor

o Underneath the sink is a grey water tank with a dual switch that allows you to choose to have the water empty outside.
o A hose is connected outside from the sink.
o All greywater system is inside, ideal for winter where things don’t freeze.

Diesel heater
– Diesel heater installed, lavender Pro heater
– There is a metal tank on the inside (not plastic). I ended up replacing it because the plastic was too flimy.
– There is a filler port I installed from the outside to easily fill up.
– Diesel heater gauge connected to the gauge panel in kitchen to know how much diesel is left
– Heats up pretty well during the winter
– There is a temperature button panel on the outside connected that senses the inside temperature of the van and automatically shuts off/down if it reaches a certain temp.

Roof/outside
– Ski box welded to back door. Stores a lot!
– Full roof rack professionally installed by a local welder with wood panels on top.
– The roof stores all the solar panels, starlink, and antenna. I’ve slept up here under the stars and gazed at el cap multiple times and it’s been wonderful. The flexible panels are allowed to be walked/laid on.
– A boat ladder that stows away during driving/not in use. It’s bolted to the roof.
– A sliding window on side of the fiberglass roof.
– All points of entry are fully sealed and tested against water and rain, fiberglass has been fully repaired and is the original factory fiberglass.

Other
– Full spare tire underneath the van with a pry bar, jack, lug wrench

– Included is an outside French cleat connection for a hangboard for climbing training + a hangboard included.
– All cabinets have locks are don’t come out upon driving/rough roading.
– Window curtains and front curtain block
– But nets on the side of van.
– Rhino rack awning
– Deer whistles installed on front. Have worked so far!
– The doors are covered with wood and have diy’ed storage cubbies in them

Flaws:
– Exterior might need a touch up of paint here and there, if you don’t mind the cosmetic flaws on the outside, then it’s no biggy
– The AC is cold when under normal load, but if you go up a steep grade, it shuts off. I believe it’s a hose fix somewhere. But it was fully recharged as of 2024.

I have built it myself + lived in it for a year, so all the quirks that come with road living and working have been tested and improved making it fully livable and you don’t have to go through the headache of fixing things.
The van will come washed and fully cleaned on the inside. Some things like blankets, pots, pans, rugs, tools (except for van-specific hose replacements, etc) will not come with the van. Until a buyer comes along, the van will be used for intermittent travel and maintenance will be kept up to do until it is sold. Before selling, it again will be properly cleaned and components removed not apart of the sell.
