This is a well cared for van conversion by current owner and previous owners by Carfax (available to view) . I converted it from a family van with two captains chairs and a bench seat to a queen size bed w/5” med dense memory foam, sink/water/drain, cabinets and a cooking table, with overhead and underbed storage and a place to hang clothes . It comes with a portable propane heater and custom made black out curtains. The leather front seats have new canvas covers. Also included is a back up camera and a phone/tablet holder for navigation . It has a great Chevy 8 cyl engine 5.3 325 and all receipts for upgrades to mechanics. The 20” tires are less than / yr old and the am/fm/cd has front/rear awesome sound. I have a tall porta potti but I recommend getting a shorter one as mine is heavy. I also have a pop up potti/shower tent. It’s very comfortable ride! Price is negotiable. Selling because I’m trying to buy a house 😊
