THE BUILD
– extendable bed from full to nearly king size on 3” foam mattress (6 ft total length of bed)
– full kitchen with 30 gal fresh water tank, 5 gal removable grey water tank, deep sink, water pump with switch, faucet, double burner propane stove with tank, flip up counter extension, 2 drawers
– overhead cabinetry on both sides of the van and hanging hooks and spice rack for storage
– new porta potti toilet on slide out
– 12v fridge with freezer
– open garage space under bed for storage or a doggy area
– shower tap out the back (either hook up a hanging propane hot water shower or connect a garden hose with a garden head)
– 300w renogy solar panels, solar charge controller, 1000w inverter, usb and usb-c charging ports and house 120v plugs
– rooftop fan with remote
– fully insulated
– 5’5” standing height inside van

THE VAN:
– 2004 ford econoline high top ambulance
– 250k miles – DIESEL engine
– full mechanic check 2 months ago – replaced an O ring, tidied up electrical wires, 2 new batteries (4 total batteries – 2 for van and 2 for house)
– runs great without any issues
– aftermarket 4×4 quigly conversion
