Fully custom built 100% off-grid Skoolie. Limitless potential. Can be used as a traditional motorhome (titled as an RV, NO CDL lic required to drive her, or an ADU/Investment AirBnB).

1280 watts of solar, full Victron set up, 600 amp hours of Battle Born batteries, two tvs full kitchen, Dwarf brand wood stove, skylight and roof top hatch, roof top deck.

Newly rebuilt steel rear bumper and trex decking. Mini split AC/Heat. Starlink system included. Cellular Range Extender for. Off grid LED lights all around with light bar on front.

ONSPOT brand automatic tire chains.

80 gallon on board fresh water tank. 60 gallon water bladder also included. 60 gallon grey water tank. 30 gallon propane tank mounted under bus.

Full size shower, bathroom sink/vanity. Brand new memory foam mattress (used only 3 days). Composting toilet set up. Bus currently located at our property in Colorado. We have it set up during the winter as our 2nd home and in the event of power outages (we are 8200 feet altitude), we just walk outside and we have a totally solar powered home with full gas kitchen, heat/ac, wood fire…sometimes we hope for the power to go out:)
