Built this van to try on van life and I loved it! Only selling so I can start my next build for something that will hold the whole family. I’m the second owner, all maintenance done at regular intervals. Absolutely zero mechanical issues. Doesn’t leak oil. With custom tune done it averages 14mpg with the 6.0 V8 and roof rack. Some small areas the sheet metal could use some love as they have some rust; but no major frame or structural rot as I had replaced rockers and doors that were rusted from previous owner. I have all items to complete the sink (water tanks, pumps, faucet). There is a bed big enough for two and a 100lb dog lol.
