Fully built for Winter or Summer with 3M thinsulate through out. With 20+ MPG Gretchen is an adventure Queen. Sleeps more than just 2 adults comfortably. Features a open floor plan that has a full “wet” garage for any kind of gear. The van still works great as a cargo van as the cabinets and bed are built directly to the wheel wells. Every inch of space has been utilized in this build. There is an endless list of items on this van. I can give a detailed build sheet by request.

Engine is meticulously maintained. Hellwig sway bar in the rear, sumo springs in the front. As well as ball joints, shocks and struts within the last 20k miles. This all adds up to the van handling very well. New turbo, water pump, and radiator within the last 15k miles.
Malone 1 tune and upgraded cooling system with custom exhaust, and EGR delete. I have all the parts to put back to stock upon request. This tune adds HP and MPG.

10k miles on winter rated DynaPro A/T 2 tires. Upgraded 2019 16” wheels on 215/85R16 tires. Also comes with heavy duty, easy install tire chains.
