For Sale is my 2006 118wb T1n sprinter, this is the last year and what most would consider the best year of the T1N. Last year of the shorty sprinter van. I bought this van in 2018 bone stock from the original owner who traded it in for a newer sprinter, I have since built and maintained this van meticulously. These motors can go well over 500k+ when maintained properly so I have worked with my local COLE/DODGE dealership who has one of the best T1N mechanics around to go through and get this thing on track for a long healthy running life (full maintenance details are listed below and receipts are available with purchase)
Video of build: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Mk5eKYWLhU
This video covers some of the van details but doesn’t cover any of the maintenance done to the van. I have had this van serviced exclusively at Cole Chrysler Dodge in SLO. The van runs great and will last for many more miles!
I have maintenance receipts for all parts for the listed maintenance done below. This may not be a $100k sprinter build but the T1N is a very reliable van and this one represents the last year of the 118WB version. This van is much more compact and drivable than larger sprinters. There’s an excellent turning radius with great fuel efficiency.
This van has been meticulously maintained with thousands of dollars in service records. From COLE Dodge in San Luis Obispo which is a very creditable destination T1N shop.

Maintenance Done in past 2 years:
Fuel injectors
All AC LINES
AC condenser
Radiator cap
Turbo gasket
Trans mount
Driveshaft + shims and support assembly
Exhaust manifold + studs and gaskets
Battery
Camshaft sensor
Crankshaft sensor
EGR valve
Crankshaft pulley
New muffler
Glow plug module
Glow plugs (4 of 5)
All Belts
Metal turbo resonator upgrade
Regular oil changes.
This van runs excellent and has zero mechanical issues, the check engine light periodically comes up for a glow plug (4 of 5 have been replaced and the 5th didn’t come out as easily so I’ve just carried an extra with me in case it ever gives me trouble) Aside from this the only other notable flaw is the rear door’s lock cylinder needs maintenance the key goes in but it doesn’t lock consistently. As a fix there’s an interior locking pin that allows you to lock the door from the inside which is much more secure than the stock door lock anyway.
