2006 Pleasure Way Excel TS on a Ford E350.  It has 59K miles, bran new tires, refrigerator, and Roadway Active Suspension.  All interior lights have been upgraded to LED. The entire entertainment system (TV, DVD/CD player)  and backup camera all new in the last three years.  I put in an upgraded Fantastic Fan and built a wooden stovetop cover.  It has a new house battery, propane regulator, and chassis alternator and battery isolator.  All other features are standard (air conditioner, generator, furnace, microwave/convection oven, etc.) and in perfect working order.  Interior and exterior are blemish free – no scratches, tears, dents, or stains.
