This 2007 CHEVY XL PLEASURE WAY LEXOR-TS MOTOR HOME has been recently to Camping World for a full inspection, everything is working. I have added some additional photos of the outside.
6.0 L SFI V8 Vortec 6000 engine, uses regular gasoline, rear wheel drive, automatic, power steering.
It runs very well and has no mechanical problems.
20’ 5” long, 6’8” wide, 8’8.5” high (depending on tire pressure)

We purchased this camper in the fall of 2020 during the pandemic, it was only used that fall by my husband and me. We put less than 2,000 miles on it. My husband winterized it, and he passed away that winter. It was recently de-winterized by Camping World so they could inspect all systems.

It’s a wonderful vehicle for a couple who likes to camp or travel, it uses regular gas and gets good gas milage for a vehicle this size 15-16 mpg. We really enjoyed this camper for the short time we were able to use it. I wanted to keep it but I’ve come to a conclusion that I won’t use it alone. I’d love for someone else to enjoy it as much as we did. It’s very easy to drive and park, enjoyable to drive and ride in.

We purchased it from a dealer. I have the Carfax that shows 2 previous owners. The first owner was from Florida and bought it new 2007, they had it 10 yrs. 7 months and put 64,098 miles on it. The current mileage is 72,273. The 2nd owner had it 2 yrs. 8 months. We drove it less than 2,000 mi.
I have maintenance records from previous owners. The Car Fax also lists some maintenance. I have a binder with owners operating information on the systems and the Chevy itself. There were no issues in any of the listed areas reported on the Car Fax. I put in a new battery 2/23/23. We replaced the radio with a new Kenwood that has a lot of features, you can connect Alexa, SiriusXM, Pandora, and more, it connects to blue tooth to answer your phone and has a flash drive we used for recorded music, it also has a CD player. Additional speakers were added. The TV was replaced with a 24” Roku smart TV, there is a DVD player, my husband added a flash drive so we could record movies and other things to watch. There is an antenna control in the swing out cabinet behind the TV. A multiple DC port connector was added in the front to charge cell phones or connect GPS, etc. I have a GPS that can be connected easily.

The Lexor-TS has Ultra leather upholstery. The captain’s chairs in the front swing around to face the back. There is a place for a pedestal table there. It has a rear king bed with a trifold power sofa. When the sofa is up, there are small seats at each side. A table can be placed in front of the sofa. You could easily travel with more people and bring a tent for additional sleeping space. The sofa has 2 shoulder seat belts on each side. There are shoulder seat belts for the captain chairs. There is storage in the back and in an outside compartment. Lots of cabinets all around inside and some storage under the side chairs by the sofa. There is a tilt out bin storage compartment in the front and deep storage in both front doors. I have a winter cover for the camper. There is a receiver hitch on the back for towing.
