We have loved this motorhome, it’s perfect for two. We needed something bigger for our first grandchild! We have visited so many wonderful places and enjoyed this compact high-end, motorhome. This is top-of-the-line. We have loved the high quality finishes. This is not built with staples, it’s sturdy and well thought through. It’s very easy to drive and not overwhelming on the highway. It’s been very easy to get set-up at campsites and we have made such beautiful memories traveling.

This is a 22ft 2010 Winnebago ERA 170R 2500 camper van. It only has 124,347 miles and comes in the ERA 170 limited floor plan. It has 3 very comfortable plush captain seats and a rear sofa/bed with three belted positions that make this ideal for group travel. As mentioned earlier, it has added storage with a hard to find closet included in this well appointed floorplan.

It is equipped with a BRAND NEW 2,500-watt Cummins Onan® LP generator. We will provide the receipt of the new generator and maintenance. It has a spacious 24.5 gallon tank and gets excellent gas mileage between 18 and 22 miles mpg. It has SOLAR for the water pump and lights for boon-docking. 13,500 BTU high efficiency roof AC with heat pump + 16,000 BTU furnace.

Additionally, it comes with a custom diesel heater for off-grid, which is incredibly quiet and pulls straight from the gas tank for your convenience. It can run off the tank for 2 weeks – so convenient for off-grid adventures. It also has a furnace with thermostat control.
