For those of you new to these sprinters, they are super easy to drive, and have amazing visibility. We have upgraded to a new luxury van, getting older! Yes we bought another Mercedes Sprinter! Nothing absolutely nothing beats these! Replaced windshield in 2021. Tires are good. We have all the maintenance receipts. Basically, we take care of our things and have a lot of pride in what we own. Hubby built a raised bed so there is lots of storage. There are lots of cabinets and the batteries are stowed in the base in the center core. It has auxiliary batteries with 2500 watt inverter/charger. Both front seats swivel. Plug in for refrigerator. There is a pioneer AVIC-8100Ne-EX which our kids installed that does a lot more than we know! The front windshield has a privacy screen and the windows are tinted so we never felt like we wanted coverings. Recently Mercedes recalled the emissions of the vehicle and in taking care of that they found a tiny power steering leak and a glow plug issue, so that was also done, and now we are holding for an EGR part from Mercedes which is also under warranty. We bumped a deer in WI, the airbags never deployed and there were minor repairs. It gets great mileage and it runs smoothly. It has never been on salty roads. I forgot to mention it has a rooftop AC unit and diesel preheater. Also it is originally, a passenger van, so the interior was factory insulated, windows factory-installed and tinted. The inside height is 6’29”
