It’s in good condition. We have had it for several years without any issues. Trips were all spring/summer/fall. Parked over the winter.
I purchased it in 2018 and did the conversion. Since then, the only significant mechanical work that has been done was to replace the tie rods in 2023, and a new battery was installed last year. We don’t use it through the winter
