Converted sprinter van with full package, including refrigerator, bathroom, indoor and outdoor shower, kitchen stock with sink, stove, and plenty of cabinet space. A 40-gallon water tank supplies water when boondocking. A 20-gallon grey water tank captures used water in the sinks. The stove is two years old and there is an under-the-counter 4-gallon propane tank for the stove. The bathroom has a toilet with a removable holding tank, sink, and shower. Two bench couches convert to a king-size bed. The couches come with seatbelts for passengers and a table can be set up in between the two couches. There are full hook-up options (electricity and water). Solar panels with two lithium batteries (two-years old) supply electricity, heat, and water pumping when boondocking, but if in need the system is also connected to a generator. There is a 1000W invertor which has a plug outlet. There are kitchen, bathroom, and three sets of bed lights and several plugs and USB outlets. There is a microwave, but it does not work with the lithium batteries- not enough power so it has been used for storage.

On the outside, the van has a roof rack, ladder, and awning. Additionally, magnetic window blinds provide complete privacy. There is a standard hitch on the back that accommodates bike racks or trailers. I have all the manuals for both the van and all the appliances on the interior. I also have all the maintenance records.
