Custom fit insulated reflecting window coverings by HEM Motor Sports for every window including windshield in the van. Provides complete privacy and insulation.

Van comes with remaining 2.5 rolls of Thinsulate, 2 full rolls of Reflectix thermal insulation, 4 cans of 3m adhesive, and 2 large rolls of 3M aluminum tape to finish off the insulation if you choose.

Fiberine top is flat for solar panels or racks and strong enough to walk on. Sides reinforced for installing awning or side racks.

Interior of top is painted with Killz (Fiberine’s suggestion) for protection from mold and mildew, nice finished look.

Custom Van Rug installed in back provides excellent insulation and impervious to dirt and grime. Great looking as is, also a perfect base for subfloor for vinyl or laminate flooring.

Large bed (70”-74””x 81”) installed with load bearing bolts and 5/8” plywood bolted onto three heavy duty bed brackets. Solid. Topped in a double layer of 3” cooling memory foam.

We’ve done the not-so-fun heavy lifting part of the conversion for you already. Removed extra seats and plastic trim, headliner, and insulated the cavities with Thinsulate. Sealed all bolt holes with JB Weld, covered in Noico and 3M aluminum tape. (An above and beyond fix.)
