This van was built (by the Roadtrek company) on a 2012 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 Diesel Chassis (3.0 L CRD V6 turbo diesel Blue Tec). It has been well maintained and is in Good condition. It’s been an excellent retirement wanderer (approximately 72,000 miles, taking us all over the USA and Canada and most of the National Parks. It has electric and town water hook-ups and a generator for “free camping” . The van has had only one owner and has also worked well as an extra guest bedroom at home, when needed. Because it is a Mercedes, it is fun and easy to drive for both of us. It fits well into a regular parking space at the grocery store and our favorite thing is that because it is less than 20 feet long it is considered a regular car on toll bridges and ferries, thereby costing much less than other RVs! Because it is Diesel, fuel it gets 22 MPG on the average. The van has a rare 6’3″ interior standing height which prevents most people from bumping their head on the ceiling.
