Had a great run with my van, but had a kid and need to sell it. The van was partially built out when I bought it, and I deconstructed and rebuilt it with the below components. I lived out of it for 1+ year in temps from -10 to 105 F. I went everywhere and did everything in it from the ocean to mountain tops in the desert and blizzard snowstorms. I insulated it with silver insulation lining AND shredded zero-degree sleeping bag material, and the Propex heater kept the inside a comfortable 55 degrees when it was -10 out. I kept the heater running constantly at -10, the water didn’t freeze, and a standard propane tank lasted a week before replacement. The insulation also kept very cool during the daytime desert heat with no issues getting to sleep. I never had an issue with humidity buildup either in the cold.

It is 2 wheel front wheel drive, but handles beautifully in the snow with good tires. Had almost all of the necessary 100k mileage maintenance done on it except the serpentine belt as mechanic said it was in good condition so didn’t need to do it yet. Has tow package and trailer light hookup, hauls like a dream from the plains to steep mountain inclines.
If you are looking to hit the road in a built out, mid-level cost, van, this is for you as it has all you need to live the van life. Located in Western CO near 3 airports; ideally you come here but can travel to deliver for a fee.
