Van Bio:
With diligent routine maintenance, the van is mechanically sound, and has NEVER broken down on us. We absolutely love #vanlife in this vehicle and have traveled coast to coast in the US, through the Canadian Rockies, and the Baja Peninsula. You will enjoy the panel windows giving the van a boost of natural light and the simple sturdy buildout. Van is now being sold as we have decided to take our next adventure overseas.
My wife and I are the second owners of the vehicle (clean title, paid in full). The original owner started the van conversion with insulation and electrical elements. We purchased the vehicle at ~65K miles, finished the conversion with custom carpentry/appliances, and have now been living full-time in the van for the past 3 years (~60K miles).
This is absolutely a road ready vehicle in current condition. Owners with higher power consumption may choose to upgrade power (solar, batteries). Tankless water heater and fixed source heat are also nice comfort options to consider.
