Hello, we are unfortunately selling our van we have been working on for about 2 years. We are so close to the final stages, putting finishing touches on things to be complete but life has changed a bit and we are regretfully looking to part ways with our van. We have used this van throughout the build which has in fact slowed the build down, but it’s been awesome to live through it and see what works and doesn’t for us. The shower/bathroom is fully functional as is with tons of hot water and we have done a lot of traveling as it is currently.

402k miles, engine has approx 48k miles all documented

Michelin tires on oem steel wheels, approx 7500 miles
Originally a passenger van, hid headlights, high line cluster, multi function leather steering wheel and shift knob and boot with silver stitching, oem floor mats in the front.
VS30 heated leather seats with power lumbar and amazing auto swivels with factory door panel arm rests, left lower base right factory height base
Oem rear step with aftermarket trailer hitch but all oem trailer wiring and module with brake controller
Oem radio with aftermarket third brake light mounted back up camera and JL audio amp feeding morel separates as well as a JL audio powered subwoofer
Tinted front door windows
Fully opening rear doors
Still has warranty from diesel settlement “fix”

Flarespace flares painted to match, sliding window in right side
Queen Bed side to side platform at rear over box on the left with 33 gallon fresh water tank and 5 gallon Surecal 12/120v electric heater with coolant coil as well and water pump/pressure tanks/etc and right box under bed has all electrical. Left box has rear hot and cold valve with shower wand
3 seater cut down to a 2 seater and in factory location, locks in like factory with a lagun table
Wet bath between 2 seater and bed, 24” wide and 36” deep pan with an electric flushing thetford cassette toilet and stainless sink

-vinyl flooring over the wood subfloor (carpet is just laying there temporarily)
-kitchenette across from shower between bed and behind half of the sliding door.

We are closest to the west palm beach airport, about 15 minutes. Willing to work with any potential buyer, can send more pics, videos, FaceTime as needed.
