We’re asking $19,500 but the price is negotiable and WE’RE OPEN TO OFFERS!
We are no longer able to use our self-converted campervan (affectionately called SteVan) as much as we would like, so we are hoping to send it to a home that will keep it on the road! We bought SteVan in February 2021 from a car dealership – they had purchased her at auction from a security company. She had 159,000 miles, and we spent that spring doing the full build. We have invested in some updated mechanical systems, and the van’s full specs are below.
-Mechanicals: New alternator and radiator @ ~ 165,000 miles, regular oil changes (every 5k miles or less), 2 new key fobs @ 160k miles, new brake pads at 170,000 miles, replaced 12v socket @ 180k miles, replaced drivers side front headlight assembly @ 189k miles; new battery with warranty at 196k miles and new Wrangler Workhorse All Season tires @ 196k miles; there are running light and license plate warning messages on the dash – both seem to be working but our mechanic believes those are electrical issues with the housing that are fairly common in this model vehicle
-Front cab has three seats (drivers seat and passenger bench with two seats)
Build includes:
-Full memory foam bed
-MaxxAir roof van
-Pull out table with bench seating
-Kitchenette with deep sink, butane stove, dishes (if you want!)
-12v water pump with two 7-gallon blue tanks for potable water and a 5-gallon gray water tank

-Shower stall that drains below the van
-Thetford casette toilet
-Hose attachment for sink to allow use of shower or spraying down gear/pets outside of van
-Yeti Goal Zero 1400 that powers van’s lights and water system; can be charged from 120v outlet or van as driving (could be charged with solar panels if you wanted to add those)
-Mr Buddy propane heater for winter
-All linens, window coverings, and cushions (that you want)
-Aluminum anti-theft vents for front windows
-Reflective window covers for energy efficiency
-Two overhead cabinets for storage
