Well maintained, low mileage (92k) 2015 Ford Transit 250 Ecoboost 3.2 liter diesel adventure van. Clean Carfax.

The van has power windows and door locks with exterior keypad. A/C. Swivel passenger seat. Tilt wheel. Power seats. Cruise control. Back up camera. Added voltage meter and ample USB ports.

While most van lifers and builders are using hard materials, like tongue n groove wood, we decided to use soft materials and to work with the interior contours of the van body. This allowed for maximized interior space, added insulation and quietness.

Instead of going with a compost or cartridge type toilet, ours is full flush. We have 15 gallons of fresh water, 14 gallon black water tank and a 2 gallon gray water tank for the sink.

Electric can be provided through shore power, or a 100 amp hour battery supplying a 3000 watt pure sine wave inverter. Battery is charged by a Renology B2B charger that also monitors battery temperature.

A diesel heater is installed under the passenger swivel seat and is plumbed directly into the fuel tank for convenience.

Comfort features include a 13,500 btu Dometic rooftop A/C that runs off shore power. When boondocking, there is a reversible Fantastic Fan and sliding side window. There is a super comfortable camper queen size mattress on Skorva rails.

We added a shower at the rear of the van and a 120 volt tankless water heater.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, sink and 120 volt outlets that have power from shore or the inverter. Cooking is done on a removable butane cooktop.

Keeping the weight light, we have been able to get 20+ mpg on the highway! And around 17 mpg in the city. At 20 foot, the van is easy to drive and can fit into any parking space.

Towing capabilities are 5000 pounds, so a horse trailer or motorcycle trailer is perfect.
