If you are looking for a getaway RV or want to begin your stealth “van life” journey, this is definitely the van for you! I bought this van and converted it in 2019 for the purpose of living in it for a couple of years before moving overseas. That time is now nearing its end and it was worth it all! While in the process of building I met my now wife, so yes, it is definitely roomy enough for two people, and has plenty of storage! The van comes with:
Solar power, shore power hookup, water hookup, shower, cookware if needed, tv, fridge, portable air conditioner, wifi router, etc. More details below!

Engine: 6 Cylinders G 3.5L DI Turbo DOHC 213 CID

Body: Body is in good condition. It was previously a cargo van used for work purposes, and there are dings that are noticeable on the outside, but nothing that disrupts the integrity or durability of the van.

Tires: Brand spanking new General Grabber tires 235/65/r16

Note:
Inside mirror works, and has back up camera, but is hanging from the windshield. We never got it fixed back to the window because our cargo carrier blocked the rear camera anyway, but it should not be too much of a hassle to fix.

I have had a few things fixed on the van, which I have all of the receipts for, along with oil changes. Recently, due to a recall, the drive shaft and fuel pump was replaced for free!

Plumbing:
7-gallon fresh water tank (plus 11 gallons in heat exchanger)

Hot & cold water (11 gallon heat exchanger that heats water using heat from engine)

Insulation:

Spray foam on walls, 1’ foam board insulation.

Air Conditioning/Heat:

The van has spray foam in some areas and 1’ thick foam board insulation in others. We have survived 2 Florida summers and winters, so it can work. Some days, when it’s high 90’s +, we try to find something to do because the portable air conditioner can only keep it cooled down so much. At night, you can always get it into the low 70’s, and under 70, if you want! It also has heat and a dehumidifier. The heat works pretty great. We’ve been good in temperatures in the low 40’s through the night.

Windows: 2 windows. One of the windows slides and has a screen in order to let a nice breeze through.

Other:

Lights: 6 lights on roof controlled by switches. Switch one turns on the front 4 (lights up kitchen and shower area), switch two turns on both back lights (over bed)
