This van was extremely well thought out to maximize inside living space and storage. We designed the spaces, however the work was professionally done at an RV conversion dealer for electric, windows, solar, and lights; cabinetry was built with a professional carpenter. The beautiful and amazing screens were purchased/installed in Quebec by Rolef. Our goal was to have ample storage while maintaining an open atmosphere. I am 6 feet tall and my wife is 5’9″. We have drawers that accommodate 2 weeks of clothing each. There is a cupboard conveniently located next to the sink for toothpaste and toothbrushes, etc. and a “portal” shaped window for grooming. Additional drawers next to the sink provide plenty of space for additional toiletries. The kitchen itself provides an amazing 7 cu foot fridge/freezer, large rollout pantry cupboard and induction cooktop stove. We enjoy cooking so we built in plenty of kitchen storage as well! Above the pantry/frig is a custom built travel/motion safe bookshelf. Over the lounging bench we have created a storage area for assorted remotes and small but important items which are cleverly concealed by a faux shuttered window. The loft bed area has built in reading lights and phone charger. Awning style windows with integrated screens and shades make it possible to get fresh air even on rainy nights! There’s a custom shelf built in above the head of the bed. The Rolef screen behind the bed also allow for breezes and bug protection when back doors are open.

This is a converted 3500 dually Mercedes Sprinter 170 with adjustable air ride seats. The passenger seat swivels to the rear and has a diesel cabin heater built in beneath with remote. A slide out table between the passenger seat and bench provide the perfect spot for cozy dinners or rainy day card games.

We built a discreet rollout cupboard for porta-potty for use at night. There’s an outdoor shower accessible through rear (open) doors. The garage stores A lot of toys! Approximately 75″ deep x 29″ high and 69″ wide. We have used the garage to store a variety of bikes, large mat, extra chairs and table, a Clam screened tent, leveling blocks, beach umbrellas, golf clubs, campfire and plumbing accessories galore!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our van and selling it is a tough choice, but our lives have taken us into a new adventure! This is a very clean well maintained van with lots of fun adventures yet to be enjoyed. 27000 miles remain on the factory warranty!
