“2015 Mercedes Sprinter 4wd 2500 144” wheel base, low roof model. 3.0L V6 turbo diesel engine, 5 spd
automatic transmission, 4wd with low range and under 57k original miles. I am the second owner of this
van and it has been used as the flagship development van for Van Compass where we specialize in
manufacturing high end suspension, exterior armor / accessories, and interior components for
Mercedes Sprinters, Ford Transits and Ram Promaster vans.

This Sprinter was used to develop the full line of Sprinter 4wd components offered by Van Compass.
Now that the development of the 2007-2018 Mercedes Sprinter platform is complete, it is with a heavy
heart that we need to sell our beloved development van and move onto the next platform for us as a
company. The list of upgrades on this van is long and you will not find a more capable 4wd Sprinter on
the market today. This is arguably the most capable factory based 4wd Sprinter van you will find in

As for the interior on this van, it was built with to be simple, robust, light weight and comfortable. It is a true 4 seater van utilizing an OEM Ford
Transit 2 person bench seat that is securely bolted into the vehicle. The front passenger seat is on a
swivel and rotates around for lounging. The van is fully sound deadened and insulated including the
floor, walls and roof.

A complete set of insulated Strawfoot window covers are included. There is a
Maxx-fan Deluxe 5100K installed on the roof above the bed to help keep cool during the hotter months.

A Snugger diesel fired cabin heater which draws diesel fuel from the factory fuel tank keeps the van nice
and toasty inside during the winter. This is a true four season van and we’ve enjoyed it immensely in (espar added)

the 4 years we’ve owned it. Pretty much everything inside the van is made from aluminum and is thru
bolted through the floors / walls to ensure that nothing will come loose or rattle apart from extended
offroad excursions.

The van features a 16 gallon fresh water tank and a 7 gallon grey water tank with
the ability to switch the drain over so it just dumps on the ground easily.

The fridge in the van is a
Truckfridge 130L 12V fridge.

The cooktop is a simple propane unit from Amazon that runs off the small green Coleman propane
bottles.

There is an on demand propane hot water heater mounted on the inside of the back door for a
hot shower. It pulls water from the 16 gallon tank on the van. Other than the cook top and external
shower, everything on the van is either 12V or diesel fired so it is very simple.

The 130 amp solar panel
on the roof helps keep the batteries topped off when the vehicle is parked.

The house batteries (Three
100Ah AGMs) are wired so that the alternator charges them when the vehicle is running as well.

Multiple touch face LED lights are wired about the interior. The factory headliner is still in place and
utilized with laminate wood flooring sides cleanly finishing off the rear cargo area walls. There are
aluminum fender well boxes in the “garage” area where mountain bikes are easily stored with the front
tire removed. Ski / snowboard rack along the driver side fits a pair of boards or 2 pairs of skis. The bed
is the original prototype for Van Compass’s Flip and fold; Load bed system which means you can easily flip the bed up and still be able to haul cargo or even a motorcycle.

This van has been meticulously maintained and modified correctly.

Malone tune, Rawtek exhaust,
Schaeffer’s oil and Mahle filters only. A large Derale Trans cooler, and Service B has just been completed. This vehicle routinely returns 18+ mpg. I cannot stress the quality of the construction on this van enough.

This is not your average #vanlife build with tons of heavy wood and self tapping screws into the van’s sheet metal. This is a robust, rock solid vehicle ready to use a simple weekender or ship it all over the world for true global expeditions. This van is extremely capable and reliable. This was a
German built crew van. Not a cargo van that was disassembled and re-assembled in the states. This is
truly one of the greats. We’ll miss it immensely but are excited to pass it along to the next owner and
hear about the new adventures.”
