This is the ultimate reliable adventure van built for kiteboarding, skiing, and biking with a tow hitch and tent extension which attaches to the awning!
VAN: Front wheel drive, Eco diesel (19-24 mpg), one owner, 55K miles, stored inside, meticulously maintained. Recent mechanic inspection, oil change, tires rotated.

Custom rain guards over side windows in cab.
CAMPER BUILD OUT (2019): This van has been well built and planned for, skiing, mountain biking, and kiteboarding. Stays super warm in winters, and never had issues needing AC even in the BAJA. I purchased USB fans, and only used once. I have over 60K into this, not including labor. It was partially built by a conversion company, marine mechanic, and finished by owners. All interior is custom woodwork, including live edge elm slab countertop. Lightweight plywood on ceiling and walls to minimize weight. Full size memory foam bed mattress with white or blue reading lights. The mattress is side to side, as seen in photos, and will fit two adults up to 5’7″ comfortably. Isotherm cruise elegance 130 refrigerator with small freezer, maxxair vent fan with rain sensor, bug screen, remote, and custom wood cover, portable isobutane stove with lots of extra cartridges, single deep dish sink with pullout faucet. Bed and Shower structure made with 80/20 aluminum. LED lights and storage hooks throughout (even in cabinets). Lots of storage cabinets, cubbies, and nets. 4 usb charging outlets. The entire van has been sound proofed with Lizard skin sound control spray coating, insulated with spectrum ceramic spray coating, close celled Y20 foam, reflectix, and select areas with Havelock wool. Floor has insulated foam mat beneath the smartcore laminate flooring as well as sound proofing and ceramic spray insulation. Window insulation covers (R-14) for all windows except windshield (the windshield cover wore out). Magnets and velcro included. Windshield has 2 coats of rain-ex (highly recommended year around).
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: This is charged by either solar (2) 100A solar panels, shore power (30 A plug), or the vehicles 220 A alternator. Shore power will power the (3) 120V outlets, and the water heater (the water heater also works via inverter when off grid). Two hundred amp hours Dragonfly lithium Ion house batteries with a 12V heat blanket to keep them from freezing (VERY IMPORTANT IF YOU ARE IN SUB FREEZING TEMPS). Espar hydronic 3D5ECL diesel heater for cabin heat and hot water with the easy start programable timer and thermostat. Three heat ducts. One in main area, one in shower/closet, one in gear storage for keeping gear dry. Sterling battery to battery charger, Renogy Rover 20A MPPT charge controller, Magnum energy ME-RC remote control.
WATER SYSTEM: Pex plumbing system with water pump and extra water filter cartridge, 6 gallon Isotemp spa H2O tank (works on or off shore power), 30 gallon fresh water tank with 3 fill ports: 1) top fill for remote areas if bottled water is the only source, 2) rear tank fill, 3) rear tank fill when permanent water source hook up to bypass the water pump. 15 gallon grey tank. All lines are insulated, and a hydronic drain warming line was installed. There is a heated shower/closet combo with bifold door, teak shower mat covering a stainless steel shower pan, slide in/out Laveo dry flush toilet (plus 3 extra toilet cartridges). Vent fan in shower, and light switch that has red (night vision) or white option. Also, rear garage has access to an additional exterior hot/cold rinsing hose with spray nozzle.
GARAGE: Access from inside van or rear doors. Woodwork has stainless steel corner protectors, there is a custom removable/adjustable racking system for skis, snowboards, or kite boards. Exterior hooks to hang wet gear. Brand new Thule bike rack on rear door, brand new removable bug screen for slider door, Thule omnistar 6300 awning, which mounts to either the van, or poles to the ground. A BRAND NEW, NEVER USED Thule quick fit tent #307060 to add 80 sf more living area to the outside of the van under the awning. Also included is a brand new detached BUG SCREEN for the slider door, or can be adapted to the rear doors.

SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY, WILL CONSIDER OFFERS. Sad to sell, as it has been a labor of love, and I just put a bunch of upgrades into it, but our travel plans have changed, and we need something bigger.
