2015 Winnebago Era 170C on Mercedes Benz 3500 Sprinter chassis. One of the few Class B’s on the market with a slide-out and dry bath (separate shower and toilet).

Excellent condition with 26,413 miles and 45.7 hours on the generator. The rig has a 13,500 BTU air conditioner that works wonderfully and a 16,000 BTU Alde hydronic heating system (similar to radiant heating NOT forced air) that also provides an almost limitless amount of hot water.

One of the great features of the coach is that the slide-out also contains a couch that converts to an almost queen sized bed. The floor plan of this model lives well and has an abundant amount of storage throughout the interior.

The coach get’s approximately 18-22 mpg and holds ~26 gal of diesel. For its weight, it’s quick off the line and governs out at 82mph. It can tow up to 5000 lbs and all six tires have at a minimum 8/32nd’s of tread wear left. Mercedes Benz “Service A” was performed at approx. 24k miles (April 2020).

The coach is turn-key with everything needed to start your adventure – sewer lines, electrical connections (15, 30, 50 amp connection adapters) and a double cartridge water filtration system with pressure regulator for city-water hookup and leveling blocks. Additionally, I replaced the original, two 100aH AGM batteries late November 2020.
