This van has everything you need to live the full time digital nomad lifestyle or weekend warrior trips (indoor shower and upgraded sound system too). It was designed and built with lots of thought and consideration to making life more functional and easy. It was designed around the idea/want of having nearly everything a studio apartment would have. The van is fully self sustainable and off grid.

The generator and rear air conditioning combo really make living anywhere possible…no need to plug into shore power to run the a/c. Generator is also fueled from van gas tank and lots of design went into making it quiet.

The massive bed has plenty of space for 2 and even a dog. It’s very comfortable with 2 layers memory foam making it a 6″ thick mattress that is comfortable and supportive.

Preventative maintenance performed by Ford in 2023: replaced diff fluid, brake flush, coolant flush, power steering fluid flush, alternator belt replaced, fuel injector cleaning, and spark plug inspection. Always full synthetic oil change (I have a list of records if requested).

Reason for sale: transitioning to a different form of nomad lifestyle. I bought the van used – it was used by a company for transporting equipment.

Tires have lots of tread left…only at about 70% wear (very good tires to handle snow/off road conditions).

Listing price comes from an appraisal I had completed on 2/14/24 (I can provide this appraisal to the buyer so that he/she/they can get it insured for that value).
