This cozy camper van with a cedar ceiling, black walnut countertops, and pinewood cabinets, makes you feel like you’re traveling in a cabin!
This van is a 2016 Ford Transit 250, with a 3.7L V6 engine and 130″ wheelbase, and it’s flex-fuel (it takes both gasoline and ethanol). It’s completely off-grid ready with 320 watts of solar panels and a Goal Zero Yeti Lithium 3000 battery backup system. It has a 20-gallon freshwater tank, 15-gallon grey tank, and a brand new Joolca Hottap V2 Nomad Kit (for hot outdoor showers). There is a waterless/odorless Nature’s Head composting toilet, built into a private closet.
There is also an extremely energy-efficient Dometic CFX 40 Top loading fridge, a Dometic 2 burner propane stove with a glass lid, and a large stainless steel sink with a drop-in cutting board for more counter space.
The large couch (25″ x 70″) lifts up for access to the large storage area underneath, and pulls out into a full-size bed (50″ x 70″). The cushion on top of the refrigerator compartment also acts as a bit of a bed extender. The passenger seat swivels, so you can seat 5 people around the adjustable table (or 4 comfortably).
There is a 6.5 x 6.5 ft exterior awning, so you can have shade outside the van when you set up camp. There is a backup camera in the rear-view mirror. Plus a ladder on the side of the van to get roof access. The van is also jam-packed with interior storage options for your adventure/electronic gear, clothes, food etc.

I purchased this van slightly used in 2017 (with 18,000 miles on it) and I was the second owner. I have lived in it full-time for a year and traveled in it part-time for 3+ years. This van conversion was built by a team of professional carpenters, electricians, and a plumber, so you can rest assured that the build is done correctly and that the craftsmanship is beautiful.
The vehicle itself is in great condition, I just got an inspection from a Ford dealership, and they said everything looks great! I’ve maintained the engine with regular oil changes approximately every 6,000 miles using synthetic oil, and the tires were replaced about 20,000 miles ago (you can get up to 70K miles on average tires). I’ve also never had a single issue with the vehicle itself.
The van is currently located near Alamosa, Colorado, but I can deliver it to Denver or Albequerque for a potential buyer (or further for a fee).
