This van is absolutely ready for 4 seasons. We have camped in -20 in Alaska and 120 in Death Valley. Water tank is mounted inside. The grey water tank is detachable so you can drain to the ground if desired. We lived in the van for 4 years 1/2 to 3/4 time and 3 years full time. This rig is capable of anything. Live in ready.

6’ person can stand in the living space with helmet & ski boots with inches to spare. Same person can sit up straight in bed. These are factors we considered during the build. No wasted space at all.
