2016 Mercedes Sprinter Van purchased brand new in 2017.

Regular maintenance completed every 10,000 miles and records kept. Oil, fuel filter, cabin air filter and engine air filter

Trans and rear diff serviced at 80,000, additional service kit to come with van

Recent Maintenance:
-oil change, fuel filter, cabin and engine air filters replaced
– brake pads, rotors and hoses for the braking system
-New BGFG K02’s installed two weeks ago.
-Recent windshield replacement

Conversion complete in July 2018 and lived in full time until 6/2020, Naval architect by trade so the interior is a bit yachty

Paneling: Mix of cedar and redwood paneling and cedar 2x4s used throughout for pest resistance and weight.

Seating: Double swivel seats in for the driver and passenger as well as couch in the reading area that pulls out into a bed. Lagun table mount added behind the drivers seat for use between the two.

Cooking: Set up to be used with induction cooktop, I also use a propane camp stove in the winter when less sun is available.

Bed: Newly replaced size full memory foam mattress. Guest sleeping area down below with fold out cushions

Heating: Espar D2 diesel heater installed and recently serviced, additional replacement parts to come with van for servicing.

Electronics: All wiring and electrical installation professionally completed with Johnson custom vans in San Diego in July 2018.

Victron 2000w inverter with 240 amp hours of Victron sealed AMGs.

Roof top: 300 watts of solar panels added on the rooftop rack as well as a 48″ light bar installed on the front and 24″ light bar added above the sliding door and spot lights above the rear doors.

Maxair roof vent added above the bed as well as passive roof vent added in the wet locker area for great ventilation.

Garage Area: Storage for up to 3-4 surfboards or ski equipment on the left side with drawer and pull out table below.

Bike mount for fork mounted 29er on slider rack.

Quick grip mounts set up on the right side for skateboard storage or yoga mats.

Maxtrax recovery skids mounted to the underside of bed as well as having tow recovery equipment and air compressor in drawer area.

Shower hookup for hose out of the back of the van.

24 gallon Diesel capacity ( factory tank)
14 gallons of fresh water capacity (in garage area) (W/pump) new drinking water filter just replaced.
5 gallons grey water capacity (under the sink) fresh new tank to come with van.

3 110V outlets (2 in the living area,1 in the garage)

Many 12v hookups throughout the van

Fully insulated with Thinsulate through out as well as 1″ rigid foam in the subfloor. Van has comfortably camped in -10 degree weather as well as stayed comfortable desert camping.

Ceramic heat blocking tint added to front windows and limo tint added on the side window.
