ABOUT VAN — The van was custom-built to a Class B RV by Sportsmobile to National RV standard NFPA 1192. With driver side only tall cabinets and light-colored décor, the interior has an open and airy feel. This low profile camper van was built with a standard of care reserved for high roofers, making it truly one-of-a-kind. Clean and clear title also.

SIZE MATTERS — The low profile with limo tint windows gives the stealth look of a passenger van. It fits standard parking spaces with room to spare, carports, and the ground floor of most parking garages. This provides you the freedom to park where you want, when you want. It’s HOA friendly and perfect for boondocking too. With front wheel drive and low roof, it drives more like a large SUV, handling wind, curves and turns better than a high roof.

CONDITION — After purchase, owner was unable to use van’s features, so driven as an occasional ‘2nd car’ to keep tank replenished with fresh gas and engine battery charged. This explains the extremely low miles. Every appliance, system and ‘extra’ is new and unused! The TV, stove, oven, refrigerator were never turned on.
