All components used in this van are incredibly high quality and built to last for all of your future adventures. It has been extremely well maintained and taken care of.
Brakes and rotors are a higher-end braking system for better braking and reliability. New Falcon Wind Peak tires built for rough terrain, within the last year. All other maintenance had been done, and oil was changed every 4000 miles to make the engine last forever. (the same engine in bigger Ford f150s)

The interior is built with very sturdy real wood. Everything is secured to the frame of the vehicle. The ceiling and walls are tongue and groove Pine with R25 isolation behind them, which gives the van a cozy wood smell that is so amazing!

The bed is a full-size bed that two people can easily fit in. Might be tight if you are over 6 feet tall.

Ultimate Road Warrior internet set up. This internet setup allows you to set up up to 150 devices and I got really fast internet almost everywhere. I worked remotely, and had no problem with joining video conferences, etc. All you will have to do is get a sim card for a data plan from any provider and put it in.

Heater:
Electric cold touch heater that can run off the batteries or shore power. It is a small space, so it kept us warm even at -12 degrees in Utah.

23-gallon fresh water tank and grey water tanks
Additional 7-gallon fresh water tank (I kept drinking water separate, but you don't have to)
5-gallon grey water tank under the sink which is easy to empty
5-gallon water heater that runs to the sink and shower

The kitchen has drawers that are deep enough to store large pots and pans, along with extra-large overhead cabinets.
