Solar system includes 2 x 100w panels, 100amp hour AGM battery. 1000w inverter for AC loads. Loads of power for living out of the van. Battery is additionally charged by alternator while van is running and topped up by solar, so you will never run low.
Van is fully insulated in roof, walls, and floor using durofoam and sealed with spray foam. Lined with cedar tongue and groove panels.
Everything built to maximize function and keep things simple, no fancy over the top systems. Van is a dream to live out of or use for weekends and long trips.

Van details: Promaster 1500 136 wheelbase with high roof. Perfect size, turns like a dream and fits into any parking space. 153,250 kms,(approx.95,225 Miles) van engine fires well. Battery starts easy in the cold. Check tire pressure sensors dash light is on, no functional issues, wires are unplugged as they rubbed against tire chains. *will not fix this issue* All electronics work fine, heat and AC. Rear back up camera is awesome. Blue tooth easily connects to cellphones for music. USB ports to charge phones.

Front wheel drive, drives well in snow. S&M tires with a set of tire chains (included) for mountain driving in winter time.

It’s 6’2 in length and a twin bed in width, however if you changed the mattress there is an addition 7 inches of width you could add to it. . There’s loads of easily accessible storage space inside the van including; four large cupboards along the roof, for food and clothing, a closet area for hangers and suitcases, along with a roll-out shelve for a cooler. There’s a built in shelf above the cab of the van that is also great for quick and easy storage.

There’s a sink with a hand pump for water built into an island. There’s 23 litre Jerry can for fresh water and a spare under the sink. The sink drains into a similar one for grey water. For cooking, there is a two burner Coleman stove with small attachable propane units. There’s an exhaust intake/outtake fan to get rid of steam when cooking or get some fresh air in the summer. The lights and solar system runs itself, is efficient and it’s really great having lights at night. There’s an inverter you can use to charge a computer or run a coffee grinder or any a/c loads.

Please note: used to have a wood burning stove, I removed it and had an island installed since I was mainly going to desert and grassland environments, I was hesitant to use the stove. The chimney is still intact, and I will include the stove if wanted. It can easily be reinstalled, but island would need to be adjusted.
