Built with Baltic birch and aluminum extrusions, making for a really solid construction. All hinges are Blum and soft closure. Cabinet doors all lock shut. Waterproof flooring. **Disclaimer: needs new oil pump and possibly valve work** will cost upwards of 2k to repair. Does currently run with check engine light on. I had every intention of keeping this van as long as possible but have to take care of some health concerns. I feel that price is appropriate with needed repairs but willing to negotiate due to circumstances. Hoping it can go to a quality home that can appreciate what I’ve created:)
