Mostly finished but the perfect project for someone to customize and make their own. Here are the details, and don’t hesitate to ask us questions! But please, Serious inquiries only.
This is a very difficult decision to end this chapter in our lives, seeing as though this 4 year project has been an amazing experience for the both of us. We even called this van home for a year, but now its time to start our next chapter and we’d like to see this van go to someone just as passionate about travel and adventure as we are.

Bed and sitting area:
We converted this van with a fixed bed platform that will fit a “Full” size mattress (mattress not included). Under the bed there is a pull out table and, under that, a drawer that perfectly fits a top opening “Dometic” Fridge (fridge included!). There is one bench built next to the bed, perfect to sit on while using the slide out table. There were plans to build another bench and cabinet on the opposite side but just didn’t get to it. The wallpaper you will see in the photos is easy to remove to customize to your liking. We found this one at Target!! There are upper cabinets on one side of the bed that can be used for storage but we thought were great for our clothes! While laying in bed, you can open the magnetic blackout blinds that cover the back windows of the van. Great to see the outdoors, or to people watch (blinds included!).
Kitchen Area:
We built a long cabinet with a butcher block countertop that will easily fit a camp stove for all your cooking needs. There are three large drawers and the bottom drawer is very deep for bulkier items. Above the counter there are additional upper cabinets for storage and one open shelf area all the way to the right that we used for cute dishes and plants! All the closed upper cabinets have struts that keep them open without having to hold them.
Bathroom:
We have a “Natures Head” composting toilet that is barely used (toilet Included!). It pulls out from inside the cabinet while the open door acts as privacy and has a little room inside for toiletries. Above the toilet is some hidden storage space accessible by lifting up the counter top.
Divider Wall:
We chose to divide the cab of the van from the living space for better insulation but also for security purposes (people can’t see our things or us). We also wanted to extend the storage for additional bulkier items above the cab. We have two installed speakers that we were intending to connect to an eventual record player. The divider wall is also covered by a wallpaper that can easily be replaced to match your aesthetic!
Ceiling lights and fans:
We have seven dimming lights on the ceiling and two “Maxx Air” fans, one in the front and one in the back for great circulation. The rear “Maxx Air” Fan, however, is slightly damaged but should be an easy fix.
“Garage”:
Under the bed there is a lot of storage that we deemed our “garage” accessible from the rear. This area is where you’ll find the bulk of the electrical setup, access to the drawer that holds the fridge and enough room for a potential water tank if you decide to install a sink and/or outdoor shower. We also have a decent amount of leftover wood, electrical things, screws, and paint from what we used in the van, and you are welcome to have.
Electrical:
We have everything set and ready to go for DC power! For AC power, however, we were in the process of researching this step before we stopped our build. So AC 120V power has not been hooked up yet although we have everything necessary to do so. We purchased almost everything from “Light Harvest Solar” here in Portland, who were a huge help in explaining the electrical build (our biggest worry). To charge up the battery bank which consist of two 105 AH lithium batteries, there are a couple options: Solar power or by powering on our DC to DC charge controller so the vans alternator can charge the battery bank while we drive. We have the equipment to charge with AC shore power, but we didn’t hook it up (adapter included!)
Solar Panel:
400 watt solar panel (have to look up the brand)
Batteries:
2 105AH Lion Safari UT Lithium Batteries
Inverter:
Cotek SL-2000 watt DC to AC inverter
Other electrical things:
30A SRNE ML2430 Solar Charge Controller
Sterling Power BB1260 DC to DC converter
A ton of wiring and fuses
Custom made fixture all wired and ready to go!
ALL INCLUDED!!
Thank you so much for your interest in our Camper Van! Again, we hope to find a great new owner that can put their passion and own creative spin to what we’ve already started 🙂
