Time to sell our beloved van! After living in this van on and off for two years we bought a house and have not used this van much for its intended purpose. I built this van in 2020 with the plan to live in it full time summer/winter. The whole van is well insulated with 3m thinsulate in the walls and ceiling, 2” foam board on the floor and i have Adventure Van Company magnetic insulated curtains for all the windows as well as reflectix cutouts for when it gets really cold.
The Van is a 2018 Transit High Roof Extended with 3.7L Gas engine with 66,302 miles
Starting from front to back: In the front I installed a brake controller w/7 pin plug in rear, wireless airbags for the rear with remote, aftermarket cruise control(base model didn’t come with cruise), aftermarket stereo, swivel seats with fold down table, composting toilet under bench seat, removable coat rack, copper boot/glove dryers, webasto heater under passenger seat,3 bin slide out trash/recycle, 3 burner stove, decent size sink (no hot water) 5 gallon grey water with valve to dump outside, dish drying tray, clean water hoses, spice rack & sauce rack, magnetic knife holder, dimmable LED lights, LED under cabinet lights, fire extinguisher, computer fans to cool electronics cabinet, 4.3 Cu/ft fridge with freezer, vent under fridge, sensorpush gateway, wireless roof fan, 3-axis gimbal bed fan, 4” bilge fan with ducting for bed temp control, secret compartment above bed storage, 2 slide out storage trays under bed, snowboard storage rack under bed, Blizzak snow/Ice tires
There’s probably a lot more I am forgetting so feel free to ask questions, I have almost all the receipts from the build in a google folder if you want them as well.

Known Issues:
I bought this van with 15,000 miles from Lime Bike. They crammed it full of old bikes so the sides of the van have lots of dings and there was a dent in the roof, rear bumper dented, cosmetically it isn’t perfect but it just makes you less upset when you brush trees on backroads 🙂
Back section of the exhaust got ripped off on a service road, the van is not any louder so I never really cared.
Front light bar needs the wiring reconnected
There are a few chips on the front/sides of the counter tops
Theres some dings in the vinyl flooring
The cedar plank on the walls/ceiling is a bit lumpy. The flex of the van made it look that way and it never got much worse so I never had to redo it.
The propane shower in the rear hasn’t been used in years but I remember it leaked pretty bad last time I tried using it.
The little window awning on the side door is broken and i have to tape it shut
