This vehicle runs like a new vehicle, very smooth 3.7 liter V6 with plenty of power(not an Eco boost) and cold air conditioning. 136,XXX miles total with approximately 129,XXX of which accumulated within the first two years are highway cross country trips in the vans previous life as a cargo van that transported stage equipment from Nashville, TN throughout the US. Bathroom:
The shower has heated water from an on-demand propane water heater. Shower is 32×24, has lighting and a sliding Stoett Nautilus door. Toilet is a convenient fold up toilet seat which has biodegradable bags that hold waste, the toilet fits in the shower area for use.

Sleeping:
Bed 1: Rear bed is Queen sized with three inches cut off length 60 wide X 74 Length , Rear Bed mattress is a six inch thick mattress with three inches of memory foam and three inches of medium-firm foam(very comfortable). The rear bed elevates at the head with the push of a button putting someone in a reclining position for potential work space or movie time. Sideways sleeping on main bed 60 wide X 74 Length.
Bed 2: Top bunk bed that attaches to ceiling then lowers down for sleeping, size is 65×47 inch. Has three inch foam mattress,

Dining Area:
The table is built utilizing a Lagun Table system with solid bamboo top that matches the countertops. Driver and Passenger seats have 360 degree swivels. When spun around there is a comfortable four person dinning area that does not block any other interior features and can be used when top bunk bed is lowered for sleeping.

Garage:
Very Generously sized garage that holds three adult sized bikes and six storage containers organized on two five foot slide out trays. Fishing pole rack, separate space for camping chairs, rug, and backpacks. Also, custom racks on the outside of the two rear doors can be used to transport two kayaks, ski racks, additional vertical bike storage or cargo boxes etc..

Heater: Chinese Diesel Heater, installed under passenger Seat, diesel fuel tank is a custom made aluminum tank mounted under van. Custom Diesel fuel fill hole is in passenger side door jam.

Fan: Maxxair Maxxfan Deluxe

Refrigerator: Costway top loading 55QT/52L High efficiency refrigerator, 12v. This refrigerator was chosen because of the top quality compressor used by manufacturer, the same compressor can be found in many high end 12v refrigerators therefore making future repairs both possible and cost effective.

Oven: Dometic R31 Propane Oven with three burner cooktop. Concealed under flip up countertop space.

Insulation: Closed cell spray foam liberally applied under floor, walls and ceiling including above stock headliner in cockpit.

Water Tanks: High quality polypropylene tanks. Sink tank is 20 gallons. Shower tank is 30 gallons. Grey water tank is 30 gallons.
