Selling this great, comfortable van since I don’t live in the US and won’t be able to use it as often as I’d like. I’ve taken it on two trips and it’s been very solid. Offering for a very reasonable price as I want to sell it soon due to difficulty with storing. Some repairs related to the water tank are needed.

Note that some details will be different now and not everything will look quite as good as in the video, since the van has been used for a few years by now.

**Power and Electrical System**
– Off-grid solar: 4x 100W solar panels
– 3 x 100Ah Renogy LiFePo batteries (12.8V, 3840 Wh)
– Renogy MPPT solar charge controller (replaced March 2023 – Bluetooth module allows solar and battery voltage info on phone)
– Renogy 3000W inverter (allows use of higher wattage appliances such as laptop, space heater, etc.)
– B2B charger (charges batteries while driving)
– Automatic battery warmers
– 2 sets of 120V outlets, as well as a car charger/12v outlet.

Previous owners both worked full time from the van: At any given time there were two laptops charging, two desktops being powered, Starlink providing them internet, phones being charged, power strip plugged in, the Airmaxx fan running, and miscellaneous other items being charged (portable fans and spotlights) and when we were preparing lunch even had small appliances running.
All this to say – The electrical capability of this build is good.

**Comfort and leisure**
– Convertible table/bed area with 5 inch memory-foam cushions
– Queen size bed, short-style (75 inches long, 60 inches wide)
– Indoor shower
– Outdoor stable on sturdy slide
– Roof deck
– Swivel pilot and co-pilot seats
– All window coverings included
– Fully insulated
– Maxxair fan for ventilation
– Custom windows with bug screens and the ability to open for fresh air
– Electric space heater

**Interior and Appliances**
– Magic Chef spacious mini fridge with freezer compartment from Home Depot
– Nostalgia cute retro microwave
– 3-burner stove and oven running on large 6 gallon propane from large tank underneath the van
– Large kitchen sink (17x17x10 inch) with pull-down faucet
– Integrated lighting system – some lights don’t work anymore but the main ‘hallway’, shower and bedroom lights are good

**Included inventory**
– Full cutlery set
– Cooking utensil set
– 8 large plates, 7 small plates, 8 bowls, 8 cups, 2 large glass mugs
– Pots and pans set
– Full bedding set including pillows, blankets, sheets etc.
– Heated mattress pad with two independent zones, 6 heat settings and timer
– Specific Promaster storage cover to shield the entire van, with wind strap (all unused)
– Electric oil pump in case you want to do an oil change yourself without having to drain from the bottom
– Basic tools: tape, zipties, screwdriver, multitool, measuring tape, WD-40, flashlight, screws and a bunch more

**Storage**
– Custom built roof deck (collapsible ladder included to access the roof)
– Built-in cabinets
– Built-in pantry cabinet (With a little bit of discipline, there is enough room for a weeks worth of groceries for two people)
– Built-in spice rack (we used this obviously for spices, but functioned really well as a place to store protein powder and supplements)
– Built in “shoe step”

**Water system**
– Onboard 33 gallon water tank (fill-up hose included)
– Seaflow 42 series diaphragm pump – pumps water to the indoor shower and kitchen sink
– Water heater for the indoor shower

**Van Mechanical**
– Fuel Type: Gas (Regular)
– Drivetrain: Front wheel drive
– Aftermarket hitch installed
– 105662 miles
– Touch screen dash
– Backup camera (never drove such a large vehicle before, but the backup camera made it very doable)

**Repairs and Maintenance**
– Windshield replaced (April 2025)
– 4 new tires from Costco (July 2023), driven less than 8,000 miles on them.
– Ball joints replaced and front suspension replaced (July 2023)
– Engine thermostat and water pump replaced (July 2023)
– Oil has been changed consistently every 5,000 miles (or under)

**Special Note**
Wood framing built out by a master carpenter and electrical systems installed by a licensed electrician
