Climate Control- 10 speed deluxe MAXXAIR fan with remote. + Van T-vent side window. Heater on vans fuel tank.

Plumbing- In kitchen – sink with 12-gallon freshwater tank, 12-gallon gray water tank on a electric pump. In garage – Rear shoer with electric water heater and 20 gallon tank.

Kitchen- Two burner induction cooktop, 90 quart low amp 12v upright refrigerator.

Storage – Six 36 inch gear overhead storage drawers, Bike and Ski storage bays.
