Bed and sitting area:
Fixed bed platform that will fit a “Full” size mattress. There is an area built next to the bed nr rear doors space could be queen size, Bench length behind driver includes “Dometic” Fridge ($1,200 fridge included!); and electrical set-up, and extra storage space. Bench can be 2nd bed. There is some hidden storage space accessible by lifting up the bench.
Kitchen Area:
Cabinet with a countertop that will easily fit a camp stove for all your cooking needs. There are three drawer that fit storage bins that pull out like drawers and the bottom drawer is very deep for bulkier items. There is large storage under countertop. Stowaway used for kitchen, (1 burner propane 1 gal) usually cooked outside very pleasant and efficient. Easy to make coffee.Tow hitch Never towed anything used for stowaway (kitchen) only.

Bathroom:
I had a “Natures Head” composting toilet that is not included. It pulls out from under bed or under countertop.

Divider Wall:
The cab of the van is divided from the living space by fabric for better insulation but also for security purposes (prevents people from seeing in the van). Extra storage for additional bulkier items above the cab.

Ceiling lights and fans:
Ceiling was installed June 2023 in Oregon by professional van builders (I have receipt). There is sheep wool installed in ceiling and partially down walls. Five dimming lights on the ceiling and one “Maxx Air” fan over bed.
“Garage”:
Under the bed there is a huge amount of storage accessible from the front and rear. There is enough room for water tanks if you decide to install a sink and/or outdoor shower.
House Electric:
Custom made fixture all wired and ready to go! Everything set and ready to go for DC and AC power! For AC power, there is Renogy inverter (1000W) w/ 120V electric and 2 outlets (2yrs old barely used). Renogy DC to DC charge controller/ battery charger ( alternator&solar) so the vans alternator can charge the battery bank while driving and 200 watt solar panel when stationary
