Low Mileage East Coast Van

This van was built in 2020 and was built with tall people in mind. I’m 6’2 and wanted to be able to stand up straight and fit my entire body in the bed area at night.

With that in mind, I insulated with Havlock Wool and kept the floor/ceiling space grab to a minimum.

The van has never had any issues (apart from one tire change) and has received regular maintenance.

Electrical:

– Victron 100 | 50 charge controller and Orion smart DC to DC charger

– 12V and 110 outlets available throughout the living area

Plumbing:
– Nature’s Head Composting toilet included
– 15 gallon fresh water tank
– 5 gallon grey water
– Brand new faucet
– and deep sink area
– Shurflo water pump for water on demand
– Cold water only

Bed/Bench:
– Lagoon table mount for dinner table when in seated mode
– Bed/Bench is 7ft long
– Built in TV for Netflix and Chill nights

Misc:
– 2 Maxx Air fans with remote controls
– Sliding door to separate the living area from the driving area
– Closet area for hanging clothes
– Dometic Chest Style Fridge (sits in drawer under sink area)
