Completely custom build from the top down. Highly attentive to detail concerning style, usability and durability. *This is NOT your cookie cutter mass produced van. Some things you will see are not in this van, because it was built for a specific lifestyle. Starting from the Ceiling: Pine tongue and groove planks were burnt Shou Sugi Ban style to pull out the beautiful grain vs toxic stains. Not only does it make the ceiling the conversation piece, it’s a proven method to preserve the wood through all conditions. The ceiling is fitted with Six (6) LED lights controlled on two separate dimmer switches to break the lighting if you are just hanging in bed or on the couch.

Walls: All wall panels were first layered with “Kilmat” sound deadening mats. Next “Rockwool” R15 insulation was layered into the walls. 1×1 Pine studs were then zipped into the steel beams to create a solid frame for the white bead board (fake ship lap to save on weight).

Cabinets: Cabinets were custom built for overhead storage. Currently fitted with maps, the new owner can swap out any design they wish like a picture frame to add their own style.

Kitchen Area: The kitchen area was built for style but simplicity as well. Having a big fancy cooktop was not what I wanted out of the van life experience. I geared more towards the JetBoil and propane stovetops to make it still feel like camping. *However, dropping a stovetop in would be just a simple cut. The countertop was custom built with Pine, pigmented Epoxy and an Epoxy flood coat. The sink is a simple setup – 5 Gal Fresh and 5 Gal gray with a 12V pump.

Couch Area: The couch area is a simple box. Inside is enough storage for everything you need on a daily basis. The rest stays in the garage if you do not use it often. The front of the couch swings into a full bed which sleeps two more people comfortably.

Bed: The bed is a Full Size and was designed with three intentions as a futon.
