The van is built rock solid with a series of 200 + nuts creating threaded inserts throughout the metal structure of the van with 5/8 in thick wood fairing strips screwed into those plus nuts and then the finished plywood on top of that.
All the wood is Marine grade Sande plywood.
The construction is almost exclusively pocket holes with the strongest construction adhesive.
This is a true boondocking capable van. It has absolutely everything in it you would ever need.
