This vehicle was designed and built with boondocking in mind. I am not able to fully utilize the vehicle as I intended and have decided to sell it. This vehicle only has 6800 actual miles and has been kept in a covered carport most of it’s life. No damage, no accidents, everything is perfect. I have copies of every receipt for everything that went into this build.
The layout is very functional and the craftsmanship throughout is meticulous. Nearly all corners are trimmed out with aluminum angle. Baltic birch was used wherever possible for its strength and beauty. No expense was spared in this build.
This van is loaded with storage. The bed area is elevated 14”. This allowed me to install the electrical over one wheel well and the water heater and pump over the other. The fresh water tank sits between the wheel wells. The storage compartments under the benches are a full 29” deep! From the back of the van, you can access a 20” wide x 60” long pull-out storage tray. Also built into the back is a Pull-out tray in a compartment built to haul a small generator such as the Honda 2200. On the passenger side, there’s also access to the under bench storage area which also houses the batteries. Two folding chairs fit perfectly in here, along with lots of other stuff. There’s also a Owl Van Sherpa with storage box on the rear door.
The sleeping area is designed in such a way that two people can sleep on narrow (24” wide” benches or you can put the center cushions in and have a queen sized bed. There is a second Lagun table mount in the bed area too so you’ve got some ability to customize the layout to suit your needs. The cushions are all custom made and very comfortable.
This van has a pantry! The false wall at the back of the pantry serves as a wiring chase. The step up to the bed area is a chase for electrical and water, as well as the low point drains so the entire water system cam be drained out easily.
There’s even a folding Freeman bus seat (2-point belt) mounted behind the drives seat with a Lagun table mount. This are is big enough for a very large dog crate too, as long as the seat is folded. This area is also big enough for my two folding e-bikes.
In the space between the beds, I have carried two bikes, or two fully inflated paddle boards, or a 12’ long kayak.
I am asking $118K for this van. Owner financing is not possible. Thank you.
