This is a campervan build that we started but do not have the time to finish. The van is fully insulated, wired for electrical system (outlets not installed yet), and has water lines routed for shower/faucet. The van has completed flooring, bed, ceilings, ceiling lights in, awning installed, composting toilet, and Webasto diesel heater installed. The van comes with BrokenSolenoid inverter/battery/ solar electrical system that allows the van to charge while driving, using solar, and shore power. The new system comes with the van but has not been installed. The van comes with fresh water/ grey water tanks and water heater with pump, the tanks have not been installed yet. Then van needs finishing work on cabinets, countertops, shower, and framing around windows. Awning is fully installed and functional but not shown in photos. There is also a car seat bracket that has been mounted to the frame of the van as an additional safety feature in the custom built seat.

The below are material costs for the current build. This does not include any labor costs, and small expendable building material such as screws, sealant, glue, fittings, water hoses, tape (etc).
