The Build-
2020 Mercedes Benz 170 Sprinter with 6550 miles. Built to the highest quality with 8020 extruded aluminum framing throughout the van. 8020 is bolted to the floor and sides of van and offers premier safety and quality build. 8020 is framed with Russian Birch ½’ plywood which is laminated with WilsonArt Bethany Blue laminate. Counter tops are ¾’ plywood with matt black WilsonArt heavy duty laminate. Walls are constructed of ¼’ Russian Birch plywood wrapped in 1/8” closed cell foam and finished with high quality grey fabric throughout the van, even underneath the cabinets, frames, garage and places you can’t see. Kilmat 80 mil throughout floor, ceiling, and walls. 1” thick polyfoam insulated floor with ¾’” subfloor and foam backed flooring. Havelock wool provides natural, high quality, high R value insulation that is fire retardant. Marine latches throughout with Blum hinges and lifts at every point. Dometic 2.6-gallon toilet is contained in slide out under seat and is locked down with Dometic hold down brackets. Cargo nets in the sleeping area provide quick access to storage and the mattress is 80×60 queen Alexander Signature Series from Nest Bedding. LED lighting throughout the van, undercabinet LED and LED reading light/USB charging in sleeping area. Lagun table with 1.25” acacia table can be adjusted to provide additional sleeping area for children. Black Rhino Rims with BF Goodrich K/O’s. Safari Rack with mesh floor, ladder and wind faring. Kitchen & Water System
15×14 commercial grade 16 gauge black stainless-steel sink with bamboo cutting board, sink strainer with single handle pull down spray faucet in matte black. Hot water sourced from Bosch 4 gallon 3000 T. Powered by SHURflow 3.5 GPM 45 PSI pump, connected to SHURflo pre-pressurized accumulator. Grey water is dispensed into Northwest Conversions 11 Gallon undercarriage water tank with remote release value. Northwest Conversions 32 gallon over wheel water tank with KUS water gauge provide plenty of freshwater storage for sink and shower application. Duxtop built in induction countertop burner with 180 minute timer and safety lock. Scandvik stainless steel recessed shower in back provides hot and cold water.

Refrigerator
Dometic CFX 95 12v with two separate compartments for cooling and freezing in any combination desired. Wifi capability for remote control via Dometic app.
Heating and Ventilation-
2 fore and aft 10 speed MaxxFan Deluxe with remote. High quality diesel heater with wall control unit quickly heats cabin and can be started/stopped remotely.
Electrical-
Goal Zero 3000x AND 1500X deliver 420Ah with combined 4400 wh. Both units contain 120v AC inverted 120VAC 60hz, 16.5A (2000W, 3500 surge, pure sine wave). These units can be operated remotely and can be utilized to deliver an array of options and connectivity that are not found in a typical van conversion. Goal Zero app provides remote access to charge/discharge rates in W & Ah, total usage, control over 12v, 120v and USB outlets and much more. These units are powered by 300W of Renogy solar panels, integrated Yeti Car Link quickly charges at 330W-750W or utilize 230W charging cable. 2-120v outlets with USB chargers, 120v outlet bank with USB located in the garage provide plenty of charging and power options. Blue Sea ST Blade 12 circuit fuse block connected to fans, LED, pump and heater.
Bike Garage and Waterproof Ski Locker-
Bike Garage will hold up to three bikes with 24” Rockymounts platform and 3 locking DropTop thu-acle mounts and offers a ton of storage with LED floor lighting. Garage is completely coined and has large pass-through hatch that will drop down to accommodate surf boards or sails. There are total of 6- 24”x15” coined access panels with marine latches in the garage for additional storage.
