– Pop-up roof with rachet for ease of initial raising. The springs carry and hold it up the rest of the way.
– Solar collector, inverter, battery – total independence at campground. RV hookups. The solar-powered lithium battery allows thermostat-controlled temperature and lights etc. in the cabin, independent from the 12-volt battery and RV hookups. 2 AC outlets in cabin area.
– Transferable prepaid maintenance agreement: 60 months or 75,000 miles; warranty: 84 months or 106,000 miles, both by Nissan Corporate Tennessee. 1st owner paid $4k for the prepaid maintenance agreement. Warranty comes by default.
– Garagable – exactly 81 ½” high at the highest point, the roof fan casing seen in the photos. Length is 188” (15’ – 8”). If needed, the solar collector and fan casing could be lowered by 3 or 4 inches by GTRV.com or similar.
– 1-sink kitchen, 2 propane burners, refrigerator, food storage, serving table opens out on driver’s side cabin door.
– Sleeps 3 adults, 1 child comfortably, 2 in lower fold-out bed, other 2 in ventilated pop-top loft.
– Towing attachment for hauling light loads, not a vehicle.
– Rollup awning with legs over passenger’s side cabin door; optional awning leg body mounts supplied.
– 2 water tanks – 1 for kitchen sink, 1 for drinking. Plumbing water pump accessible under sink.
– Gets 24 to 28 MPG. This is rare and good, for campervans! Nissan does not make underpowered vans.
– Screened slider openable mini windows on side cabin windows for airflow enhancement working with loft cloth screens. Big ceiling fan.
– Dark option tinted side and rear windows for privacy. Windshield, light-tinted.
– Bluetooth, USB ports, AM/FM radio etc. per 2020 Nissan technology.
