We ordered our van and started planning the build-out and then ended up deciding to build a house instead. The professional build-out has just started and is scheduled for completion in April. Our loss could be your gain. A buyer now still has time to make changes or additions to the plan if desired and have a van ready for spring and summer camping.

About the van:

In the spirit of Airstream travel trailers, we installed panoramic windows. They are tinted so are not a privacy issue in the daytime. For night, the van has custom Strawfoot Handmade insulated window coverings for all windows. The van seats and sleeps 4 with a bench seat for two in the second row that folds up and out of the way for camping and an SCA pop top with a 4’ x 6.5’ bed and windows. Behind the bench seat will be a galley kitchen/toilet area with a dinette in the rear that converts to a queen size bed. The van will be fully equipped for off-grid camping with a 12V secondary alternator and 300 watts of solar to keep the 600 ah of batteries charged. Rixen heat/hot water and a Nomadic 3,000 12V AC unit keep the van comfortable. See below for full specs of the equipment that has been and will be installed.
